Milestone Mediaworks has a powerful Affiliate Producer Network across North America and is able to bring the best talent into the creative process.  We have affiliates whose talents and backgrounds span across most genres of music and who we work with on a project-by-project basis.  This ensures that our productions are created with people who specialize in the right and most appropriate style of music for a particular project.  Many of our affiliates are graduates of top music universities in the country such as Eastman School of Music, Julliard, Berklee College of Music, San Francisco Conservatory, USC, and more; they have extensive performance and composition skills.  There are three types of affiliates we work with:

1) Gold Affiliate:  A gold affiliate has the ability to manage full music productions for a specific or for multiple genres.  The affiliate must have access to a recording studio and must have the musical aptitude and creativity to create and produce fully-composed, arranged, and recorded songs at professional quality levels.  Gold affiliates are hired on a project-by-project basis to create music tracking for our projects.

2) Platinum Affiliate:  A platinum affiliate operates with the same responsibilities as the gold affiliate, but has additional responsibility.  Platinum affiliates also participate in the sales process of Milestone Mediaworks.  They are able to regionally represent the company and negotiate and close deals with clients.  They are also able to produce complete productions with clients on-site.  Platinum affiliates are required to have access to professional recording studios to bring-in clients and show examples of high-productions as necessary to close deals.

3) Milestone Hotbeats Affiliate:  Both Gold and Platinum affiliates may also participate in the Milestone Hotbeats Program.  Hotbeats affiliates proactively create high-quality, pro RnB and Hip-Hop beats to be sold 24/7 on the Milestone Hotbeats web-site.  Affiliates in this program may also receive specific project-by-project assignments to create custom beats for clients interested.
